  : The room was spacious and there was adequate space to keep my things. There was complimentary coffee and water in the room.
  : When I arrived there, the receptionist was very rude. I had given a special request to give me room on the front side with higher floors. He/She (I am not sure about the gender) was arguing with me that there is no front side of their hotel as the rooms either can be left side or right side and at the middle is the corridor. So I said that I want a room on the side of the road. That person started arguing that it depends on the availability, if the room on that side is available, I will get it. He/She gave me a room on a higher floor and when I reached there, it was not even ready as the cleaners were cleaning the room. After 10-15 minutes, I was transferred to another room. Both of these rooms were on the side of the road and I also noticed many other rooms on that side were being cleaned by the cleaners. I didn't understand why that person behaved so rude to me! Because I am Asian or because I am a Muslim? Or because I am alone all by myself! For the payment, she was also very rude to me. They don't accept credit cards or the Thai QR banking system which most of the hotels do. Sometimes they also think that I am talking about foreign QR banking. That is why I asked him/her twice about paying through QR banking which made him/her irritated and I had to hear "I think I have told you once and you should understand". This is not the right behaviour I expect from another human being when I haven't done something wrong to that person. That's all I have faced and I didn't see the people sitting next to that person telling him/her anything regarding his/her rude and inappropriate behaviour. I have been living in Thailand for 3 years, for some reason, I had to stay there for one night, and that's what I received. Sorry, but not going to recommend anyone to stay there just because of the behavior I received.
