A damage deposit of THB 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please note that the hotel provides free round-trip airport shuttle service every 15 minute. The pick-up point is located on the second level at exit 4.

Up to 2 children (15 years and under) stay free when sharing with parents.

Please be informed that there are no set check-in or check-out times. Room rates for 1 night are for stays of 24 hours. Guests can check in any time and check out 24 hours later. Exceptions for this includes the "Day Use" rooms which the check-in / check-out hours will be as specified in the room name and description.
