When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
People 6 years old and over stay for THB 1,766 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that extra bed fee for third person is not included in the total costs and needs to be paid upon arrival (except family room and family suite).

Please also note that Rossini's, Basil, BarSu and Dine in the Dark (DID) are closed on public and religious holidays.

Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and the same credit card used to guarantee your reservation must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to reject guests check in without the presentation of the original credit card with designated signature. If a different credit card is presented, the hotel may void the previous charge and make a new charge on the presented card to avoid any disputes.

Please note that the business centre is open Monday to Friday from 07:00 until 21:00 hrs. On Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, it is open from 08:00 to 18:00.

Alcoholic beverage is restricted to guests above 18 years old. A valid ID is required.

Please note that the hotel does not accept personal checks, only travel checks with valid ID will be accepted.

All non-local guests are kindly requested to present their passport and immigration entry cards upon check-in.
